Shipping & Returns Policy – Ignara Prints

Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped via USPS or DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may increase during high-volume periods. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.

Shipping Time
Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Ignara Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Ignara Prints is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. Customers must contact USPS or DHL directly to file claims.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Ignara Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Address corrections must be requested immediately after placing the order by contacting 347-480-9563. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Tracking Information
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure secure delivery.
